1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
1.2 By entering your credit card details at Paypal you are offering to buy the products at the stated price and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
1.3 You will only own the goods once we have received payment in full. We can accept payment by Paypal and personal cheque in addition to our usual credit / debit card service via Paypal, although items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
1.4 Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT as appropriate. Overseas customers are responsible for any customs fees or import tax due. A minimum order total of £3.50 applies to all orders.

Pre-Orders
1.5 To place a pre-order you can checkout with out of stock pre-order items to reserve them. If you checkout your credit or debit card will be charged immediately and we will despatch the item to you as soon as it is in stock.
1.6 Pre-orders are allocated on a "first come, first serve" basis.
1.7 If the price of a pre-order item is reduced before release, you will be refunded the difference between the price you paid and the lower price.

Usage
1.8 Products purchased from this website are for personal domestic use only. For commercial usage please contact us.

Supply
2.1 Products are subject to availability. We will refund any money already paid if we cannot supply the product. Please note that out of stock items occasionally go out of print and can no longer be back ordered from the manufacturer.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse to supply any products ordered.

Delivery
3.1 UK Orders : In stock orders received before 2pm Greenwich Mean Time, Monday to Friday, (excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas Period) will be despatched the same day using Royal Mail's First Class postal service.Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. Occasionally orders will be shipped using a service which may need to be signed for.
3.2 EU Orders : In stock orders received before 2pm Greenwich Mean Time, Monday to Friday, (excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas Period) will be despatched the same day using Royal Mail's Surface Mail postal service (or airmail for orders over £20). Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. Occasionally higher value orders will be shipped using Airsure and may need to be signed for.
3.3 US & Canada Orders : In stock orders received before 2pm Greenwich Mean Time, Monday to Friday, (excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas Period) will be despatched the same day using Royal Mail's Surface Mail postal service (or airmail for single miniatures and card orders). Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. Occasionally higher value orders will be shipped using Airsure and may need to be signed for.
3.4 Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
3.5 Non-delivery : Items can only be claimed for after 14 days have elapsed. UK orders are covered up to their full value but non-UK orders are only covered for £34 unless International Plus was purchased at checkout.

Refunds and returns
4.1 In addition to your statutory rights we offer a 30 days returns period for all purchases except digital content (see 4.3 below). You must contact us with your order number before returning any goods by email (support@murdermysterystore.co.uk) or post at D'Avekki Studios, Fleetwood, West End, Gorefield, PE13 4PH, UK.
(a)Goods must be returned to us in original unused condition including packaging (with any seals and shrink wrapping intact) unless otherwise agreed.
(b)You are responsible for returned goods until they reach us and must cover the costs of returning items.For your protection, we recommend that you make sure the goods are adequately packaged and insured for their return journey.
4.2 In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged or missing components on delivery you must inform us without delay by contacting support@murdermysterystore.co.uk so that we can arrange with you the return of the item(s) and either issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4.3 Digital content (downloads). In addition to your statutory rights we offer a 30 day inspection period for digital content. If digital content does not meet your expectation you may ask us to repair or replace that content, and if we're unable to repair or replace that content you may ask for a partial refund. If your digital content has not been downloaded, and you have made no attempt to download the digital content, we will refund in full. Please note we store the date and time an attempt is made to download digital content (when the download button is pressed) to verify this.

8.3 Each Term and Condition set out in this document shall be construed separately and will remain in force even if for any reason one or other of the Terms or Conditions is held inapplicable or unenforceable.
